Six focused operations

Built around the work sellers actually repeat.

FB AutoList turns common Marketplace actions into deliberate, configurable operations instead of an unstructured chain of browser clicks.

Each action runs through the selected group, saved settings, operation limits, and result-tracking layer.

01

Session setup

Login Accounts

Validate or establish authenticated sessions for selected accounts and preserve confirmed sessions for future workflows.

02

Publishing

Post Listing

Publish configured products using reusable images, titles, locations, categories, descriptions, tags, and pricing rules.

03

Guided onboarding

Post on New Accounts

Run the dedicated new-account posting flow with the same product controls and operation safeguards.

04

Listing maintenance

Renew Listings

Process eligible listing renewals with configurable limits and confirmed result tracking.

05

Controlled relisting

Delete & Relist

Handle eligible delete-and-relist actions with hard attempt limits and protection against ambiguous retries.

06

Needs Attention

Delete Take Actions

Remove eligible listings from Marketplace's Needs Attention workflow through a dedicated cleanup action.

One reusable workspace

Build the operation once. Reuse the structure.

Products, accounts, groups, source files, and workflow settings stay organized so the next operation begins with known inputs—not another round of manual setup.

Reusable product library

Keep product names, image folders, optional videos, title and location files, categories, descriptions, tags, and pricing rules together.

Product inputs

Global account identity

Account credentials, status, cookies, and profiles remain consistent across associated groups.

Local-first organization

Workspace data and supporting files remain on the Windows computer running the application.

Control before scale

Automation with guardrails in the loop.

FB AutoList is designed to validate inputs, enforce configured limits, preserve operational context, and stop when an outcome may be unsafe to repeat.

No blind rush

Delays, startup gaps, retries, and concurrency are configurable.

Preflight validation

Checks the selected group, active accounts, products, source files, limits, writable folders, Chrome, and ChromeDriver before workers start.

Configurable limits

Set posting, renewal, delete-and-relist, cleanup, browser, tab, retry, startup-gap, and image-reuse limits.

Uncertain-result protection

Destructive actions stop when Facebook may have accepted a click but the final state cannot be confirmed, helping avoid blind repeats.

Stable browser sessions

Use per-account browser profiles, saved session data, Chrome diagnostics, and ownership-aware recovery for interrupted runs.

Durable scheduling

Schedule a selected group and action for later. Jobs remain available across application restarts and respect active-operation state.

Verified backups

Create, review, and restore compatible SQLite backups with integrity checks and an emergency backup before restoration.

Responsible use

Built for accounts and listings you are authorized to manage.

Facebook can change its interface and enforcement at any time. FB AutoList cannot guarantee checkpoint avoidance, uninterrupted compatibility, or a particular account outcome. Users remain responsible for reviewing operations and following applicable platform rules.

  • Authorized access only
  • Review uncertain results manually
  • Independent from Meta and Facebook

Operational visibility

Know what was requested—and what was confirmed.

Operation History separates intent from outcome with requested, attempted, and confirmed counts, plus group, account, product, failure, and cancellation context.

Filter the full trail

Narrow records by group, account, action, status, and date range.

Export clean CSV records

Export matching operation records for review outside the application.

Keep ambiguity visible

Uncertain outcomes remain explicit instead of being reported as false success.

Questions, answered

The details serious operators ask first.

Clear expectations matter. Here is what the current Windows application supports and how its controls behave.

Still evaluating?

Talk directly with the FB AutoList team.

support@fbautolist.com
What can FB AutoList automate?

The current desktop application supports account login, standard listing publishing, a new-account posting flow, listing renewals, delete-and-relist actions, and eligible Needs Attention cleanup. Available actions can depend on what Facebook presents for the selected account and listing.

Is FB AutoList a browser extension?

No. It is a licensed Windows desktop application that coordinates Chrome sessions, local product data, account groups, scheduling, operation history, diagnostics, and backups from one workspace.

Does it work with multiple accounts and products?

Yes. Authorized accounts can be organized into reusable groups, an account can belong to more than one group, and each group can be associated with multiple active products.

Can operations be paused or stopped?

Yes. Active work supports pause, resume, and cooperative stop controls. The current browser step may need to return control before cancellation completes.

How are operation results tracked?

Operation History records status, requested, attempted, and confirmed counts, account and group context, failure reasons, cancellation state, and product-level outcomes. Records can also be filtered and exported to CSV.

What happens when a result cannot be confirmed?

The application can mark the result as uncertain and stop retrying actions that may already have succeeded. You should inspect Marketplace manually before attempting the same action again.

Where is application data stored?

Workspace data, backups, profiles, diagnostics, and logs are stored locally under the current Windows user's application-data folder. Sensitive database and profile files should not be shared.

Is FB AutoList affiliated with Facebook?

No. FB AutoList is an independent product. Facebook can change its interface, availability, and enforcement at any time, so no automation tool can guarantee uninterrupted compatibility or account outcomes.
